By accessing and using Waveq (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Waveq is a SaaS point-of-sale platform designed for street food vendors in India. The Service provides menu management, billing, receipt printing, and sales analytics.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Access to billing features requires an active subscription. Plans are available on monthly (₹350/month) and yearly (₹3,000/year) basis. Payments are processed through Razorpay.
Waveq does NOT process customer payments. The software only records payment mode (cash/UPI/card) for analytics. Vendors collect payments directly from customers.
All business data (menu, bills, revenue) entered by the vendor remains the property of the vendor. Waveq may use anonymized, aggregate data for service improvement.
Waveq is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue or data.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
