All subscription payments made to Waveq are non-refundable once activated. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
Waveq is a digital SaaS product. Once a subscription is activated, you have immediate access to all features. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds cannot be provided.
If a payment fails or is charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a refund within 7-10 business days if the charge is confirmed as erroneous.
You may choose not to renew your subscription. Your access will continue until the current billing period ends. No refund is provided for unused time.
